FAQ

When will you ship my items?

All orders are subject to a handling and processing period before shipment, usually 2 - 4 business days.

You will then receive email notification of shipment with the tracking number provided.

How long is shipping times?

Please allow 7-15 business days for Tracked Shipping for delivery to the United States and the United Kingdom.

*In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on the destination. 

Please allow 10-19 business days for Tracked Shipping for delivery to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. 

Please allow 10-25 business days for delivery to the rest of the world. 

Please note that packages might be delayed during peak seasons, because of a high volume of orders coming through the shipping ports (Valentines Day, Black Friday, Christmas etc.).

*Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Tinywhisker cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. support@tinywhisker.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes. 

Where are my items coming from?

Our primary warehouse is in the USA, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, United Kingdom, and China to reduce the cost of production and give our customers the most affordable deals on the planet!

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. 

 

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday.
Orders will be processed within 2 - 4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

UPDATE: Because of the Corona virus shipping will take slightly longer as all airports are more thourough with checking packages, we don't know for certain how long the delay will be.
There is also currently not enough flights for the amount of packages at the shipping ports, so your package might experience a "stand still" at a certain destination for an unknown period of time.
 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2 - 4 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5 - 15 business days (depending on Supply & Demand). Please note that packages might be delayed during peak seasons, because of a high volume of orders coming through the shipping ports (Valentines Day, Black Friday, Christmas etc.).
 
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I seen advertised on Facebook?

Even after we stop our Facebook advertisements, those posts are still shared and liked by our customers. We can't stop this since it's the way Facebook works. 

How do you determine your "compared to prices"?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
